  Service quality has dropped significantly. I have been a reliable customer for over 15 years, but was very disappointed with the way I was recently treated following the discovery of minor damage on a new picture frame.
  
  This framed picture was wrapped in protective packaging by The Arthouse. However, having returned immediately to the shop, the manager would not even discuss the cause of the damage, claiming once it had left the shop (and paid for) it was no longer his responsibility.
  
  The attitude was petty and money-grabbing, and though they have now lost a loyal customer I have the impression I won’t be missed!
  
  On this occasion service very poor and not to be trusted.

  Would highly recommend these guys for anything related to posters pictures etc.
  
  Great family run firm and exceptional customer service. Always greeted with warm friendly smile and complete work without hassle if you give them plenty of time to do so.
